Debbie from Katy, Texas, pieced this scrappy bed quilt. I got a little carried away photographing back views because the muslin showed the stitching so well.

Leola pieced this fun quilt for her grandson -- and says it just kept growing and taking on a shape of its own so she calls it "Oh my stars, it's not square!" The navy portion was quilted with an overall similar to the one below, while the stars and the light portions of the sampler blocks were stippled.

Zola embroidered and pieced this fabulous angel quilt for her granddaughter. She preferred I not quilt in the embroidered blocks so the sashing was outlined and the lavender areas were quilted with an overall design in rayon thread. It is a truly lovely quilt.

Brenda pieced this wonderful, bright quilt. It was quilted in an overall freehand design in a variegated thread. The third photo is of the back and shows the quilting design.

This star quilt made with autumn colors incorporated 3D star points on the solid middle stars. Pandora requested leaves in the centers of the open stars with meandering surrounding.
